We are an early to-growth stage venture fund focused on investing in Fintech, mobile and internet technology. We seek to deploy between C$100K - C$1MM per investment in early stages, with capital reserved for follow-on opportunities with successful ventures. Our primary geographic focus is Canada and the US. We look for ambitious, talented entrepreneurs, targeting large markets with innovative and solid business models. We invest our own capital which allows us to take a long-term view and provide flexibility around structure, term, and dynamics. Our approach is to act as an enabler, providing the support, resources, and discipline that help great ideas to blossom into profitable businesses.
