We make investments in mid-sized companies, who are leaders in their respective sectors. We seek multiple avenues for growth – including organic growth and expansion, operational improvements, strategic capital injections and M&A. We are flexible and nimble. Our permanent capital pool allows us to remain partners for as long as needed, with flexibility to hold investments beyond the standard three-to-five-year private equity hold period. We care about the companies we invest in. We care about the people at the companies. And management teams know that we will be here for the long term. We look to partner with companies and teams looking to build companies that will last and create long term value for all their stakeholders.
