I am a former high-performance athlete & coach, now applying the athlete-and-coach mentality as Director of Operations in Startups. I am very passionate about building and investing in startups. Professional Experience: As Director of Operations, my experience varies from problem-solving, long-term strategy, putting out fires, and building a strong team culture. I have also coached multiple State, National & World Champions. Community: I had the honor of being an event ambassador for Australia's Sailing World Series event, including hosting, speaking & raising funds for charities. Recognition: I am a former World Number 1 in Sailing and have coached/mentored numerous athletes.
