Old Three Hundred Capital/OTH Ventures

Founded in 2018, OTH Ventures is the Venture Capital arm of Old Three Hundred Capital, currently focused on early-stage opportunities in companies needing Seed or Series A funding. While we are not geographically or industry-restrictive, we do target companies with a presence in Texas, where we can add operational expertise and value. Additionally, we look for follow-on investment opportunities in a range of industries, including IT technology, healthcare, and hospitality. Our founders have strong entrepreneurial roots and operational backgrounds, combined with experience bootstrapping, scaling, and running multiple businesses within and outside of the OTH umbrella of companies. We look to take an active, value-added role in a company’s operation, with an emphasis on creating and exploiting efficiencies and closing the loop on inefficient processes and procedures, with the goal of guiding a company to its desired exit. We do this while respecting the talent and vision of a company’s existing management team, which is always the most vital component of any successful partnership and which needs room to breathe and operate with our support, not micromanagement.
