NW Angel makes allocating capital to angel investing simple by allowing investors to live, travel, or live wherever they want, participate when their schedule allows when they want to, and learn as they go at their own pace, with the option to co-invest if they have the desire. NW Angel was established with the vision of expanding the overall investment ecosystem by fostering closer ties between active angel investors, Limited Partner (LP) investors, family office capital and the institutional investor community. NW Angel provides its investors access to proprietary deal flow by co-investing alongside active angels and syndicating with like-minded capital partners to invest additional capital to complete rounds and source follow-on capital. NW Angel works to increase the value of investments undertaken by assisting them to strategically build their corporate board, advisory board and cap table. NW Angel seeks to be a leader in developing syndication partners for the benefit of providing its portfolio companies access to additional co-investment, follow-on capital, and capital markets liquidity.
