Beginning in the construction industry in 1980, venture capital in 1999, and uniting with a multi-family-office in 2005, the Nuzzi Group of companies nurtures tech, real estate, and construction endeavors through investment, advisory, and funding solutions. Ventures I primarily deals with technology, CPG, and green energy projects/companies seed to Series B typically with $250k-$10M ARR. This portfolio began its first venture in 1999 and has grown to found/co-found, partner, direct, operate, manage, fund, and/or consult for over 25 companies/projects with a combined enterprise value of over $1.3B. For each of our portfolio companies, we provide advisory, human capital, access, and financial capital that your company needs to get to the next level. RE I founded in 2005 is a multi-family office real estate portfolio investing directly into partner projects as well as into REIT funds and other alternative real estate-based funds. AL I founded in 2024 is a multi-family office alternative lending portfolio serving borrowers who don't fit traditional financing, from single-family homes to multi-million-dollar investment and construction financing.
