Numus Financial is a Halifax, Nova Scotia-based venture capital firm focused on early-stage, high-growth companies. With more than 20 years' experience in the capital markets, Numus looks for early-stage companies with growth potential. Our goal is to identify exceptional companies and, through our partnership, ensure they have the tools for success. The Numus team actively supports its portfolio companies with financing, strategic advice, and operational support. Numus Financial is focused on value creation. We work closely with our partners as they create value and reach their full potential. Numus Financial partners with a small group of private and public companies and stays with them for the long term. We are highly selective. Over more than two decades, we have taken a limited number of positions, and once we commit, we devote significant time and resources to each company we work with. We support those companies with a suite of experienced professionals available on a shared contract basis. That model gives a small listed company access to senior financial, regulatory and marketing capability without carrying the full cost of it. Numus works alongside management to grow the business, and provides professional shared services in accounting, regulatory affairs, marketing and corporate administration.
