Notch Capital is a private investment firm specializing in buyouts and recapitalizations for family-owned small and medium-sized businesses in the home heating and cooling industry. We are built to partner with founder-led and family businesses to help them scale to the next level by providing operational and strategic expertise along with the right capital structure. We take an active role at the board level and as advisors. Our investment focus includes companies with revenues of $25 million and over, with EBITDA of $2 million to $10 million. We are open to 100% buyouts as well as majority buyouts (rollover equity transactions) where founders and their families can remain in the deal and benefit from future growth.
