Direct Investments We carry out an array of direct investments on behalf of our managed platforms. These transactions include buy-outs, growth equity investments, and venture capital. At each investment stage, from origination to exit, we bring the capital and expertise needed to propel innovation, generate returns, and effect transformational change. Indirect Investments We develop customized portfolios of institutional-grade alternative investment products, including private equity, venture, credit, real estate, and hedge fund strategies, that are aligned to desired investment outcomes. The goal is to increase expected returns and mitigate risk by diversifying assets and moving beyond traditional investment products like stocks and bonds. Strategic and M&A Advisory We provide strategic, financial, and tactical advice in connection with executing complex mergers, acquisitions, company sales, and corporate divestitures, including carve-outs, joint ventures, and spin-offs, and relating to takeover preparedness and defense.
