The firm is led by Founder and Managing Partner Jason Zins, who previously built SkyBridge Capital's venture and growth equity practice, and General Partner Brent Gerundo, a U.S. Army Special Operations veteran and former Goldman Sachs aerospace and defense banker.
Nomi's five areas of focus are Autonomy & Unmanned Systems, AI & Communications, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Space Technology, and Energy & Power. Its flagship $50 million Nomi Defense Fund I targets Series B and later-stage primary and secondary positions.
