I have been advising VC/PE secondary deals since 2008 and recently launched my own firm to advise LPs, GPs, and shareholders of private companies seeking advice navigating the secondary market for liquidity solutions. I was the former Global Head of secondaries at Probitas Partners and also founded a secondary advisory platform at Harken Capital and Scalar Partners. I have personally closed over 40 unique transactions representing over $2 billion of transaction volume. I have experience closing direct secondaries, fund secondaries, fund portfolio transactions, GP spinouts, and GP restructurings. I am also an investor in a family office in Park City called Half Dome Ventures which makes direct investments in real estate and private equity.
