Nicholas Lorenzo, Angel Investor

Nicholas Lorenzo is a board‑certified neurologist and healthcare entrepreneur with more than 25 years of clinical and industry experience. He has founded and led several pioneering healthcare technology and publishing startups, many of which were acquired by major companies, including WebMD, Gannett Communications, and Walmart. He played a key role in the evolution of online healthcare publishing and education from the late 1990s through 2013 and has more recently focused on medical devices and telehealth. Nicholas also holds advanced business credentials as a Certified Physician Executive and with a Master’s in Healthcare Management, and is a Fellow of the American Association for Physician Leadership. As an angel investor, Nicholas supports ventures advancing healthcare innovation. His most recent investment, MicroWash, is developing novel medical device solutions to improve clinical outcomes and streamline care delivery.
