Experienced commercial transactional and real estate/energy attorney with in-house management experience at a Fortune 100 company. Handles all aspects of legal function, including drafting/negotiating contracts ranging from PSAs, NDAs, IP agreements, to vendor agreements, leases, etc. Provides business risk analysis & guidance to asset teams by reviewing financial statements and making recommendations on acquisitions, applying modeling curves to determine ROI, and many other items. Manages external counsel within budgetary constraints. Advising and investing in over 50 startups across industries, including AgTech, Aerospace, Energy (Clean and Fossil), Sports Teams/Leagues, and Indie Films in the US, LATAM, and EU. Positions in over 700 O&G wells across 9 states in the Lower 48. Engaging in angel investing is one of my passions. It allows me to support innovative founders and causes that resonate with me, all while holding out hope for a positive return on investment.
