With extensive experience in architecting and enabling engineering teams, he has played a key role in developing and scaling products across various industries, including B2B SaaS, MarTech, and B2C Energy Retail. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Hale, building the infrastructure layer for personalized health — a connected ecosystem of products that empowers professionals to deliver tailored, data-driven experiences across someone’s entire health journey. He is also a Co-Founder of FitFocus, a fitness platform empowering fitness professionals to deliver tailored training plans. He is also a Co-Founder of Kiwi, a wellness platform that transforms real-time health data into tailored wellness challenges and meaningful rewards. Since 2023, Nicholas has also been an angel investor, investing his own capital in the most ambitious startups in Australia, with a huge interest in HealthTech companies but open to all categories, focused on pre-seed and seed stages.
