NextEquity Partners is a venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, California, founded by former Apple and Elevation Partners executives. The team is led by Fred Anderson (former CFO of Apple), Avie Tevanian (former Chief Software Technology Officer at Apple), Adam Hopkins, and Rami Reyes — all previously Managing Directors or Principals at Elevation Partners. The firm focuses on mid-stage growth investments in consumer and enterprise technology companies.
The firm targets companies with proven product leadership, revenues in the range of approximately $10–50 million or more, rapid growth, large addressable markets, and strong management teams. Beyond capital, NextEquity provides technology and engineering guidance, financial and operational support, transaction advisory, and strategic introductions across its extensive tech industry network. It has closed two funds, with Fund II closing at $120 million in May 2023.
Its portfolio spans cybersecurity, AI, enterprise software, media, and consumer tech, with notable investments and exits including Airbnb, SentinelOne (IPO), Venafi (acquired by CyberArk), Ring (acquired by Amazon), MasterClass, Arctic Wolf, Kore.ai, Coralogix, Alkira, Higgsfield, and Bishop Fox, among others. Recent 2025–2026 investments include Onshore, Filmhub, Coralogix, and Subject.
