Next Equities focuses on making equity investments of between 50% and 100% of companies with an enterprise value between $1M and $10M. Our Criteria SCALE Above all else, we look for scalability – a company that has a competitive advantage and the potential for significant growth, whether organically or through rollup. TARGET SIZE & EQUITY Our Growth division focuses on companies between $500K to $5M in size. We seek to acquire majority positions in these companies. Our Venture division focuses on Seed and Series A investments of varying sizes. VISION We back existing and committed management teams that have identified a clear vision for their company’s future. INDUSTRY If your industry has an opportunity for disruption, we are interested. We have experience in everything from industrials and real estate to facial analysis and childcare. CASH-FLOWS For our growth capital investments, we look for companies with positive cash flows but still significant room for growth. Our Venture division invests in post-revenue companies that may not have positive cash flow but have a clear pathway to achieving it. HOLDING PERIOD We have no mandated holding period.
