About New York Foundation Grant

The New York Foundation (NYF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to community organizing for racial, gender, and economic justice in New York City. They offer multi-year, unrestricted grants to organizations that advocate for New York City communities. These organizations, led by people of color, queer people, and disabled people, are working on critical issues such as police reform, electoral accountability, youth organizing, and housing equity. NYF Core Grants are $47,500 per year, with established groups receiving up to three years and emerging groups receiving five years.
