New Heights Capital is a private equity investment firm focused exclusively on equity investments in consumer service companies and the technology enabled service companies that service those consumer businesses. New Heights will invest in buyouts, recapitalizations and growth investments. PRIVATE INVESTMENT CAPITAL We invest our own principals’ capital with an investor base comprised of entrepreneurs, executives, family offices and investors whose careers have been dedicated to working with privately-held businesses across a wide range of industries. INVESTMENT APPROACH We are experienced with the special market, business and cultural/family issues that entrepreneurial companies face, and can flexibly structure transactions to address owners' priorities and concerns. Our transactions give liquidity to owners, capital for expansion, broader equity participation for key employees, and a transition plan for owner/operators, if desired. INVESTMENT CRITERIA We realize a great investment opportunity comes in all shapes and forms. We invest in businesses between $5mm-100mm in revenues and between $1mm-$10mm in EBITDA. Selectively, we look at minority growth equity investments in earlier stage businesses.
