We focus our investment activities on companies with highly transformational market potential to impact government and commercial markets in which we can add value through the experience of our team, deep industry relationships, and technology expertise. Necessity Ventures investments are made with a global perspective and America first mentality. We focus our equity placement activities on two primary types of investment models: • Seed and early-stage investments – with a focus on spin-offs and licensing deals from USDOD contractors & federal laboratories. • Recapitalizations and leveraged buyouts – with an emphasis on civil-military technologies and elimination of foreign investments in strategic critical technologies.
