NGP focuses broadly on helping National Grid perform our core operations better and playing a central role in the global transformation of energy. AI & Analytics, Cloud, IoT, Smart Grid, and Security are all of interest to us. But we also love ideas that don’t fit any existing category. With a $400 million investment allocation, our portfolio already includes 37 startups, and more than 50% of the time we’ve been the lead investor in these deals.
