Founded in 2015, Narrow Gauge Capital is a private equity firm based in Boston, Massachusetts, seeking to invest in B2B, financial services, healthcare, SaaS, manufacturing, life science, mobile, advertisement technology, advanced manufacturing, big data, construction technology, digital health & industrials sectors. We are an independent sponsor with over twenty years of experience investing in financial services, health care services, distribution, logistics, and others. Narrow Gauge Capital was formed to pursue control buyouts in the health care services, logistics, and financial services technology sectors. It was founded by former partners of Monitor Clipper Partners, a middle-market buyout firm that invested three funds from 1999 to 2015. Narrow Gauge Capital typically works with a select group of institutional investors and pursues transactions where it is the first institutional capital to partner with the founders of businesses.
