Muneeb Ali, Angel Investor

Muneeb Ali is the Founder of Stacks, a Bitcoin layer enabling smart contracts and scalability, and Managing Partner at Trust Machines, which incubates and invests in Bitcoin and Stacks applications. He also serves on the board of Hiro Systems, a building developer of tools for the Bitcoin ecosystem. Ali earned his PhD in Computer Science from Princeton University, where he worked in the Networks and Systems group and with the PlanetLab team. He previously co-founded Onename, serving as CTO, and has dedicated his career to advancing decentralized systems and blockchain innovation. As an angel investor, Muneeb has supported startups focused on blockchain and decentralized technologies. His recent portfolio includes Arch (financial infrastructure), Zeus Network (cross-chain solutions), and Ryder (digital identity), reflecting his interest in projects that expand Bitcoin’s utility and strengthen the Web3 ecosystem.
