Mukund Sarma, Angel Investor

Mukund Sarma is Deputy CISO and Senior Director of Security at Chime, where he leads security across application, infrastructure, engineering, data, and enterprise domains. He has built AI security governance frameworks and matured Chime’s security program through automation and innovation. Previously, he directed product security at Chime, hiring and coaching diverse engineering teams while embedding security into product development. He also advises companies such as Defendermate, Coverbase, and ConductorOne, providing expertise in security strategy and technical architecture. As an angel investor, Sarma has supported Seezo, a seed-stage technology company. He also invests through Felicis, focusing on early-stage startups in security and enterprise technology.
