Morris Capital Group is a private investment firm focused on direct investments in operating companies, real estate, debt, and other financial instruments. For almost twenty years, Morris Capital Group has been actively engaged in the real estate investment business. We focus on the acquisition, management, and development of residential, commercial, multi-family, and hospitality real estate throughout the United States. We pursue these opportunities by way of direct ownership or joint ventures. Our view of investing in real estate can be best described as opportunistic. We look for projects that provide above-average investment returns and which also have a long term strategic value. We engage in ground-up development of Real Estate, starting with raw land. We also pursue mark to market opportunities, repositioning of underperforming assets, handling misplaced assets in a portfolio of assets, sale-leasebacks, corporate strategic dispositions, projects needing financial re-engineering, and various other styles of real property.
