Momentum Global Ventures is a co-investor and venture builder in the new essentials: climate tech, biocommodities, nanomaterials, LED innovations, leisure, clean water, and AI. For more than 15 years, we have invested substantial own capital in companies that provide tangible solutions to the greatest challenges of our time. We distinguish ourselves through an entrepreneurial model: skin in the game, active involvement, and shared responsibility. Unlike the traditional private equity approach with management fees, we engage in direct co-investments where we add value through strategy, network, and long-term vision. Momentum’s priority is long-term value creation. Our investments meet the following criteria: ▪ Focused on realizing sustainable, social value; focused on solving major problems to improve markets for generations to come. ▪ Investment horizon of at least 6 years, often longer. ▪ A (potential) market leader or a strong, competitive position in their market. ▪ Ambition to grow and operate internationally. ▪ Initial investment of €5 million to €100 million for acquiring equity or setting up a company.
