Mitch Kapor, Angel Investor

Mitch Kapor is a Founding Partner at an Oakland-based venture capital firm that invests in industry-transforming startups. He is the Director of SMASH, exposing, inspiring, and preparing students of color to pursue CS degrees and careers and understand the social, ethical, and political impacts of technology to contribute to a more equitable tech sector. He is also a Co-Chair at The Kapor Center, a family of interrelated justice-seeking organizations. Mitch is also an angel investor with over 50 investments and more than 20 exits. His portfolio includes Redcar, Spreadsheet.com, DuckDuckGo, Toybox Labs, Pigeonly, Good Money, and Copia.
