Mike Joyner is a Founding Partner at Growth by Design Talent, a recruitment firm that partners with venture-backed technology companies to build exceptional talent strategies and recruiting functions. He was a former Director of People Operations at Pinterest, a social media service for publishing and discovery of information in the form of pinboards. He was also a former Head of Recruiting at Facebook. Mike has also been an angel investor and advisor to startups as early as 2018 with an interest in the technology sector. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina State University taking up Business Management.
