By combining disciplined underwriting with proprietary data analytics, we assess market trends, manage risk, and uncover opportunity—regardless of the economic cycle. We look for assets in areas where the residents’/consumers’ outcomes are improving, and where their incomes are rising. These are typically high-growth, transit-oriented locations. We target covered land, value-add, and development opportunities. Our goal is to acquire high-quality assets and improve them through repositioning, redevelopment, or ground-up construction. In addition, we acquire under-managed or mispriced assets with strong fundamentals. Through active management and repositioning, we unlock value while mitigating downside risk.
