Middleton Partners is a Chicago-based private equity firm that invests in real estate assets in addition to operating businesses in the lower middle market focused on manufacturing, distribution, and service. Middleton is currently the sponsor/operator of 13 real estate assets totaling 3 million square feet across a wide variety of geographies and asset classes including office/hotel/condo. Additionally, Middleton is the sponsor/operator of Maurice Sporting Goods, O2COOL, and Food Service Exchange. Unlike traditional private equity firms, Middleton is not a fund and does not have a fixed investment mandate or time horizon. We have a strong investor base with the ability to perform due diligence and deploy capital quickly.
