Michigan Capital Advisors is an operationally-focused private investment firm based in Metro Detroit. MCA was founded in 2016 by Charles "Chip" McClure and partners with private equity and venture capital firms to invest in industrial and renewable technology companies in emerging markets like manufacturing, mobility, and advanced materials. MCA is focused on value creation through revenue growth and operational improvements, not financial engineering. ​Investments are made with a conservative capital structure and disciplined approach to valuation to mitigate risk and increase financial returns for investors.
