Michelle Novak has a proven ability to lead Strategic Customer Success managers, develop effective internal processes at fast-growing companies and build relationships with clients, including both day-to-day stakeholders and C-Suite executives. She's passionate about developing cross-functional partnerships to identify the processes and platform enhancements necessary to drive SaaS platform adoption and ensure renewal growth and high net retention. She currently serves as the Principal Customer Strategist at Orita, an AI-powered marketing tool that helps DTC brands maximize sales from their existing customer lists. She's a seed investor and member of an angel syndicate of Customer Success and Customer Experience experts who invest in and advise startups providing tech that improves Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
