Michael Witte, Angel Investor

Michael Witte is the Founder and CEO of Equal Parts, launched in 2025 in Austin, Texas, where he focuses on building innovative ventures with a strong foundation in product development and leadership. He previously co‑founded and led Workrise (formerly RigUp), serving in multiple executive roles, including CEO and President. Over more than a decade, he helped scale the company into a major workforce management platform for the energy and infrastructure sectors, while also serving on its board. Earlier in his career, Michael worked as a petroleum engineer at Encana Corporation, giving him firsthand industry expertise. As an investor, Michael has backed SESO in its Series A round and Mentium.io in its $3.2M seed round in 2025, reflecting his interest in startups that combine technology, workforce innovation, and data‑driven solutions.
