Michael Rogers, Angel Investor

Michael Rogers is a Private Investor in private equity transactions, venture capital, seed investments, and real estate. In July 2020, he retired as a Global Coordinating Service Partner in EY’s Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice with 35 years of corporate advisory and finance experience; 20 years in Big Four Management Consulting (EY SaT) and 15 years in global corporate and investment banking (Bank of America Merrill Lynch). He was responsible for delivering the firm's capabilities to several key global private equity funds in New York and Chicago. In 2016, he became EY's US Private Equity Origination Leader in New York. Previously, he was a Global Deputy Private Equity Leader with responsibility for executing the firm's private equity channel marketing strategy to funds and their investees in developed, emerging, and frontier markets. Michael also spent three years in London as SaT Global Markets Partner, responsible for driving go-to-market strategies across EY’s SaT practice globally. In 2010, he designed and implemented the Capital Agenda Partner Training Program, which enhanced participants' business acumen.
