I'm a Private Investor seeking alternative investments such as startup companies, buying/selling 1st lien mortgages, and participating in various real estate investment syndications. I also own and operate a housing rental portfolio, providing good passive cash flow. I accomplish the above via three business lines, Global Equity Ventures, Bluegrass Capital Fund and Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood Properties. I spent nearly 30 yrs in the corporate world, and now opt to work for myself. The shift from being a "W2 employee" to an "entrepreneurial style investor" has been invigorating!
