Michael Kromnick, Angel Investor

Michael Kromnick is an early-stage investor offering financial and operational management experience to high growth and turnaround environments. He provides leadership in strategy development and implementation, market analysis, organization, process re-design, M&A, divestitures, ERP implementation, SEC reporting, and financial modeling. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Diabetes Camping and Educational Services. He is also a Board Member of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Michael is also an angel investor and has been a member of Tech Coast Angels since 2014.
