Merchant Place Investments is a private investment company with offices in Sydney and Brisbane. Our firm's principals invest alongside some of Australia’s most successful families and charitable foundations. We seek to invest in and partner with businesses that consistently generate cash flow for their owners — we call these enduringly profitable businesses. We do not follow the “aggressive growth, high risk approach” associated with private equity. The firm is owned by its principals. Our senior team is composed of experienced private company investors, having completed over 30 platform business acquisitions. We also bring extensive operational experience at the CEO, CFO, and COO levels and have successfully operated a number of our own businesses.
