As a Senior Director of GTM and Compensation Strategy at DocuSign, Melissa Fenner reports directly to the COO and drive critical, cross-functional strategic programs per the C-suite agenda as well as Sales incentive strategy. With over fifteen years of experience in high-tech and SaaS industries, she has a proven track record of delivering impactful results and leading change initiatives across multiple functions and geographies. Her core competencies include analytical skills, shaping actionable cross-functional strategies, GTM strategy and planning, customer success, growth strategy, M&A, and operations. She is also an Advisor at Xactly Corp, where she provided product advice for developing Xactly's capabilities across Territory Management, Quota Management, and Compensation. Melissa is also an angel investor and a member of a DC-based angel group investing in women and a VC fund that invests in companies with a Harvard connection.
