Matt Kraning is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and cybersecurity leader recognized for shaping the attack surface management sector. He co-founded Expanse in 2012, pioneering visibility and defense solutions for enterprise networks before its $1.25 billion acquisition by Palo Alto Networks, where he later served as CTO of Cortex—overseeing AI-driven cybersecurity innovation and guiding a business unit exceeding $1 billion in annual sales.
