Mastercraft Ventures is a venture capital fund focused on leading investments in Wisconsin startups’ first round of funding. Mastercraft Ventures’ primary goal is generating investor return by investing in Wisconsin startups located in Beloit, Janesville, and Southern Wisconsin. As a seed venture capital fund, Mastercraft Ventures plans to make initial investments of $400,000 to $600,000 in Wisconsin-based startups. The fund intends to only invest in startups with a business plan that the Fund’s due diligence results in an expected national average venture capital return to the Fund’s investors. Investment Criteria ▪ Wisconsin-based company. ▪ Raising the first or seed round of venture capital. ▪ Positioned to exit within 3-5 years.
