Mark Trachuk, Angel Investor

Mark Trachuk is General Counsel of WildBrain Ltd. (TSX:WILD), a global leader in kids' and family entertainment. Mark brings to WildBrain more than 35 years of experience working as legal counsel and as a director for various public companies, with a key focus on the media and entertainment industry. Mark was previously the Worldwide Group General Counsel of Entertainment One Ltd., a large global independent media and entertainment studio headquartered in Toronto that specialized in the development, acquisition, production, financing, distribution, and sales of entertainment content. Mark was previously Counsel to Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, a leading global law firm, from 2022 to 2024, and was a senior partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, a large Canadian law firm. Mark is also an angel investor. His portfolio includes Almonty, an expert at overseeing company projects.
