About Mark De Ambrosis, Angel Investor
Mark De Ambrosis is the Managing Director of a growth equity firm that provides capital and management support to small and medium-sized businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
Mark started his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. in Sydney. In 2009, he founded Longreach Capital in Chicago, a search fund backed by a group of investors including U.S. venture capitalist Bill Egan and private equity fund Prairie Capital. Mark returned to Australia in 2011, where he spent over 5 years leading the investment team at M. H. Carnegie & Co as the firm’s Investment Director and Partner.
Mark is currently a Non-Executive Director of Iron Capital, BlueFit Group, Osteon Medical, SASH, Droppoint, Wastech Engineering, Outline Global, and MYP. Mark was a Baker Scholar at Harvard Business School and holds a Degree in Commerce (Finance and Accounting) and Economics from the University of Queensland.
He is also an angel investor. His portfolio includes Affinda, an AI-powered information extraction solution provider.
