I am an executive with a passion for solving critical problems through the use of technology. I have nearly 30 years of experience gained on three continents, working as a product and technology leader for some of the world's leading brands including Apple, Comic Relief, Google, IBM, Marks and Spencer, National Geographic and now T-Mobile. I am Chief Digital Officer (CDO) for T-Mobile USA, America’s supercharged "Un-carrier", a Fortune 40 company, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that offers reliable connectivity for all. T-Mobile’s customers benefit from its unmatched combination of value and quality, unwavering obsession with offering them the best possible service experience and indisputable drive for disruption that creates competition and innovation in wireless and beyond… I have a bachelor’s degree in Management & IT from the London Guildhall University, and a master’s in Management from the University of Cambridge. I'm also a Fellow of the British Computer Society in recognition of my work as a CIO and CTO. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling the world with my wife, being chased by my cat, volunteer charity work, board advisory roles for tech startups, and playing computer games, especially MMORPGs. I am experienced investor and hold a number of advisory roles and non-executive directorships, and I always look for opportunities to combine my love of innovation and technology.
