Marcelo Peano, Angel Investor

Marcelo Peano is a founding partner of Oasis Ventures, Brazil’s first VC fund dedicated to fintechs, backed by leading investors including Jorge Paulo Lemann. He also serves as an investor and board member at Magnopus, zMatch, and OffGrid Creative + Content. In addition, Marcelo is Executive Partner at Plutus Housing, a U.S. real estate platform focused on Section 8 housing, and continues to support creative and technology ventures across Latin America and the United States. As an angel investor, Marcelo has backed early‑stage startups with global potential. His most recent investment was in Fintalk AI’s seed round in 2024.
