MRCA is a private equity firm based in Dallas, Texas, that was founded in 2020. The company invests in established American manufacturing companies that are generating profits between $1 million and $10 million but have growth opportunities that are not being executed due to the owners’ wish to retire. MRCA acquires these companies at approximately 3-5x EBITDA after demonstrating to the seller that their ideals and vision for the future are aligned. The company then revitalizes these companies through increased employee wellness, enhancements in process, machinery, energy, and communication.
