Manoj Apte, Angel Investor

Manoj Apte is a cybersecurity leader and investor with deep expertise in cloud security and product strategy. At Zscaler, he defined the company’s platform across SWG, CASB, cloud firewall, sandboxing, DLP, and private access, while also leading sales enablement, marketing, partnerships, and early engineering operations. Previously, he was a senior product manager at Juniper Networks, where he launched the 10G IPS appliance and led teams across firewalls, intrusion prevention, and platform drivers. He began his career in Linux and embedded systems and contributed to the Cloud Security Alliance from its inception. Manoj is also an active angel investor, with six investments to date, including Aurascape, Noma Security, SURF Security, oak9, Veza, and Airgap Networks, reflecting his focus on next‑generation security and infrastructure innovation.
