Maine Venture Fund

Maine Venture Fund is a venture capital fund that invests and assists companies in Maine. Our portfolio companies receive business advice, technical assistance, and access to an extensive network throughout Maine, New England, and beyond. Our typical initial investment is $100,000-$300,000 per company, with additional capital available for continued support. We often negotiate terms and lead deals through purchase of convertible preferred stock in revenue-stage companies but are open to a range of alternatives.
