Macanta seeks to form long-term partnerships with business owners, management teams & fellow investors. Macanta Investments LLC is the primary investment vehicle for investor Terence M. (Terry) O’Toole and his family. We pursue investment opportunities where a differentiated, long-term perspective can lead to attractive returns. Macanta has flexible capital that can be deployed across the capital structure. We make both active control investments and can make minority passive investments. In situations where we can add value, we prefer to be an active participant through a board role.
