M-Tech Innovations, Inc. is a technology incubator and venture capital investment firm in Calgary. Its sister company, M-Tech Properties, Inc., owns and manages real estate in North America. The mission of M-Tech is to contribute to the development of the high-tech industry in Canada, with a focus on Calgary. We collaborate with public sector agencies to provide assistance including space, mentorship, and funding. M-Tech offers equity investments to select, innovative technology startups who meet our investment criteria. M-Tech Innovations, Inc. invests in early-stage technology companies that meet our criteria: -Primarily companies which develop and sell software to enterprise customers. -The founders are visionary, committed, and actively engaged. -There is a clear path to revenue and profitability. -The organization is still small -- 5 to 20 employees and contractors.
