Luis Talamantes is the owner and Founder of L&T Capitol Group, LLC located in Perryville, Missouri. Actively investing in Real Estate for almost a decade, Luis brings an invaluable level of expertise in several facets of Real Estate Investing. Luis started investing in small to medium size multifamily apartments three years ago and has grown his portfolio exponentially since then. Expanding his and his partner's Multifamily Investing Portfolio to over 80 units spread out in the Southeast Region of the U.S. His most recent acquisition is a multifamily building he plans to convert into student housing. As an accredited investor, Luis has successfully grown his business into a 7-figure business and is continuing to grow. Along with real estate, Luis has served in the United States Air Force for 17 years; 6 years Active Duty and 11 years in the Reserves. After transitioning from active duty to the reserves, Luis worked as a Diplomatic Protection Specialist for the Department of State at the Embassy in Iraq for 4 years. Luis has a passion for serving & helping people. He enjoys serving in his church, helping people gain financial freedom, and all things Real Estate. When he’s not working, the most likely place to find him is in his backyard playing with his kids.
