About LTC Partners Initially established in 2002 to serve as the administrator of the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP), LTC Partners (LTCP) has evolved into a versatile benefits administrator. Currently, LTC Partners performs a range of administrative services for two major federal benefit contracts regulated by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management: The Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP), the largest employer-sponsored long term care insurance program in the United States, with more than 271,000 enrollees and outreach to an eligible population of 4.4 million-plus federal employees, annuitants, and qualified family members. BENEFEDS is a large-scale benefits platform and contact center sponsored by the U.S. government. The website is an online marketplace for millions of federal employees and annuitants to shop, enroll, and manage voluntary dental and vision insurance plans offered by multiple carriers under the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP). The BENEFEDS platform also performs premium administration for the FLTCIP and FEDVIP and allotment administration for the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS). As a result of the rigorous requirements stipulated under these contracts, LTC Partners has developed an in-depth understanding—and ability to operate successfully—within the federal marketplace and environment, but our services and capabilities can easily extend to the commercial market.
